A WILD NIGHT OF TWIN FEATURES AT MADISON!
Friday at Madison International Speedway was pure adrenaline for Fast Cars and Freedom Night. The Dave’s White Rock MISfitz division delivered an unforgettable show.
Here’s how the #26 performed in both 20-lap features:
FEATURE 1: WE PARKED IT IN VICTORY LANE
We hit the grid hungry. After a lap 3 caution, Nick restarted hard and chased the leaders. By lap 7, Nick powered the #26 low in Turn 1, found grip, and seized the lead. Nick and Kenny Storkson pulled away. Despite lapped traffic on the final lap, Nick stayed steady and took our third feature win of 2026—his fifth division win overall.
“I love this class of racing. It’s so much fun,” Nick said in Victory Lane.
FEATURE 2: THE FINE LINE OF SHORT-TRACK RACING
The second feature began with an inverted field. Nick took fourth by lap 3 and second by lap 13. He challenged Brandon Liddle, taking the lead on lap 15. A late caution with five to go set up a tense finish. On the last lap, Nick pushed the #26 and made contact exiting Turn 4, crossing the line first. However, the #26 exceeded the division’s time bracket, and Liddle claimed his first Madison win. Congrats, Brandon!
The horsepower roars. This car can conquer anywhere. We hold our heads high.
